John Foxx 3pm - 7pm

I gotta say, lovin' Dallas a lot.  Thanks for checking out the all new i93.  My name is John Foxx and you can hang with me every weekday from 3pm - 7pm for all of Today's Hit Music and All Access to your favorite Artists.  I'll always keep you connected with tickets to all the hot shows in town and we'll even be jet settin' you outta here all the time with exclusive Flyaways and Meet and Greets with today's biggest stars.  So, here's a little about me.  I'm an East Coast guy, born in Yonkers and spent pretty much my whole life in NY.  I spent a lot of time in Poughkeepsie and then moved up the Thruway to Albany NY.  I been doing radio for ten years so it's without a doubt something I love and enjoy a lot.  I spent the last 3 Years in Colorado, whole different world from NY but you can't beat the views and the weather is to die for.  If you haven't been, you need to go take a little road trip in the Summer months and check it out.    I'm actually a pretty big fan of Nascar and can't wait to check out Texas Motor Speedway.  I love hangin' and you'll probably see me out and about a lot at the clubs and the cool spots, and I gotta say how cool is McKinney, great strip of cool places.  As you can already tell I love music and always need to have music on no matter what I am doing, usually in my free time I'll be jammin' to DMB, John Mayer, and I'm a huge fan of Michale Buble.  I love a lot of different music and not just the stuff you hear on i93.  I'm really excited to be in town and we are gonna have a blast together.  Thanks for listening to i93 and I can't wait to meet you out and about in town.

Close your eyes and think about today. Think about the United States of America. Think about the state of education. Think about the state of job creation. Think about the state of mind we are in. Think about what our country might look like in 20 years. Now think about and wonder why and who and when and what it's going to take for Detroit not to turn into a slum. What is it going to take for my niece and her friends to have the best education? And your nephew to graduate and not just get a job, but have a career? I'm writing this on my laptop and you're probably reading it on your phone or tablet, and none of the stuff we are actually buying "regardless" of a recession is made in America. Technology is recession proof and most kids are not dreaming of being programmers, scientists or engineers. The ones that are, do not get the spotlight or attention. Instead, they are looked at as geeks or uncool, when in actuality technology is the only thing that is cool today. iPhones, Android devices, Facebook, Twitter (all tech), all exciting. This is why I put my own money, passion and time to take Dean Kamen's FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) and turn it into a back-to-school TV special.
